How Alphaforge handles the rules that govern our work.
Alphaforge is a software platform that connects users with verified Master Traders and automates the distribution of daily trading results. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, money services business, fund manager, or licensed exchange in any jurisdiction. We do not provide regulated financial advice, hold client funds in fiduciary custody, or execute orders on regulated exchanges on behalf of clients.
What we do do is operate the software, maintain the integrity of the platform, and apply the compliance practices outlined below. We believe that being clear about what we are — and what we are not — is a more honest foundation for trust than overstated regulatory claims.
Every account on Alphaforge completes identity verification before depositing or withdrawing funds. We use a specialist KYC provider to verify government-issued identification, address, and identity-document authenticity. We screen against sanctions lists, politically exposed person (PEP) lists, and adverse media. Accounts that fail verification cannot transact.
Deposits and withdrawals are reviewed for patterns associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or sanctions evasion. Suspicious activity is investigated and, where required by law, reported to the appropriate authority in our jurisdiction of operation.
Sensitive actions on the platform — KYC approvals, withdrawal confirmations, daily P&L entries, admin overrides — are logged in a tamper-evident audit trail. The audit trail is retained for the periods required by tax, accounting, and AML law.
Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We apply industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews of our providers.
Alphaforge does not custody user crypto funds in self-managed wallets. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through an audited cryptocurrency payment processor with industry-standard custody practices. Funds in user wallets are reconciled daily.
We require multi-factor authentication for administrative accounts, follow least-privilege access controls, and run regular vulnerability scans across the platform.
